Independent Sales Rep

Location: Remote

What we want you to accomplish:

  • Service your assigned area or region and achieve growth within accounts and new business
  • Maintain, strengthen and build relationships to stay apprised of customer needs and priorities as related to our products
  • Create lasting partnerships internally, and with our customers.
  • Improve upon goals and metrics in collaboration with corporate
  • Report activities weekly which support a solid sales growth strategy
  • Build a successful career based on our core values and mission

What you’ll do on a daily basis:

  • Drive sales in both new and existing markets, with multiple products
  • Deliver compelling presentations to businesses
  • Develop trusted and loyal business partnerships both externally and with our internal partners
  • Reach out to potential and established clients in your territory on a regular basis to effectively increase market penetration and meet sales growth goals
  • Marketing campaigns in all prospects and accounts
  • Become an ongoing trusted specialist with your customer

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and/or client needs simultaneously
  • Responsive and dependable in communication, execution of self-appointed tasks
  • Unafraid to work in a highly competitive market, driven primarily by relationships and value-added products
  • Determined, focused and organized
  • Highly Independent, entrepreneurial mindset
  • A passion for helping schools, parents, and students capture and celebrate their important achievements
  • ​Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sales, preferred. / Work experience in lieu of degree considered
