At times Bright Day Calendars will hold special events, promo codes and or promotions such as “Free Shipping”. Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders that meet a specific criteria. Said criteria will be listed on each promotion at the time it is sent. When “Free Shipping” is offered we will ship your order USPS Standard “First Class”. However, some orders may be over the 1lb max for First Class and will ship Priority. Priority Express and Saturday delivery options are excluded from all offers. This offer is only available thru brightdaycalendars.com and not thru any retail partner of Bright Day Calendars. The rate at which you are eligible for free standard shipping may change at any given time. Bright Day Calendars reserve the right to withdraw this offer if we deem it necessary.

Delivery
We deliver anywhere that USPS can deliver. However, if you are unable to order from our website please send us an email and or give us a call and perhaps we can work out a solution for you. support@brightdaycalendars.com. Note that we do not take orders over the phone.

Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or return your merchandise. For further information, please see our returns policy.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Inspection of Merchandise
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery receipt was delivered. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of any issues and or cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: We accept the following credit & debit cards; Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order will be received. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to Bright Day Calendars, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
